Examples Classroom Broadcast – Teachers can invite remote students to their classroom lectures. The chat feature is a stand-alone instant messaging tool. Out-of-Meeting Chat – Teachers and students can chat 1 on 1 or in groups without having to be in a live meeting. Recording – teachers and students can record their meetings to the cloud or to their own computers. Remote Control allows students to control and troubleshoot problems their peers are having without having to be in the same locations. Breakout rooms is a feature that divides your audience into smaller groups. In-Meeting Chat allows participants to hold conversations during the meeting. Log in to Zoom. YSA stake and ward leaders who are not employees of BYU should work through their ecclesiastical line to obtain an appropriate video conferencing option.

To ensure licenses are used properly, please never share your BYU Zoom id or password with others. These meetings should be saved to your local computer if they are recorded.
